We ship all orders processed within 24-48 business hours in Italy and within 48-72 business hours across the European Union.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your sneakers every step of the way.

You can return any product purchased on www.axeptofficial.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, simply write to us through the Contacts page, including your order number and the reason for return.
Returns must be shipped using the original packaging used for the delivery, or equivalent packaging.
Should the packaging used fail to meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred in connection with the handling of the return.
